PHASE 1
Fundraising for the development of the first implementation of Valocracy, based on the evolution and migration of the already-functioning Casta Guilda community, with the expected onboarding of 500+ members.
Valocracy is implemented as an open-source specification that can be freely appreciated and leveraged, but it will also feature a reference portal that allows the creation of new collectives targeted at Web 2 users that do not want to deal with the complexities of the on-chain world.
The Valocracy Portal aims to facilitate the instantiation and management of new valocratic collectives, in which the founders can choose their preferred chain. The Portal is not the only means to create new valocracies but will also function as both a reference implementation and a VaaS (Valocracy-as-a-Service) system that can generate revenue for the Valocratic Association. Both the front-end and back-end will be first developed on Web 2 infrastructure, with plans to migrate the whole application to Web 3 via the application of grants in the future.
A generic API with all the required functions for a valocracy to work is being developed in Node.JS. Any number of implementations can be derived for specific chains that want to support Valocracy. This does not mean (yet) cross-chain of interoperability support, but only the option to settle new valocracies on different blockchains.
Discover Valocracy's evolutionary journey and follow the improvement phases that will shape its future.

Promotion of the Valocracy experiment and onboarding of a selected number of whitelisted collectives to Valocracy. Also, during this phase, feedback will be collected from all the migration processes and from the first experiences with Valocracy.
